Hi @Jack {S1} thank you for your question. The relationships I had with other cast members were Omar (friend) and Star and Soul (I know them from Star's org and we kiki now and then). Omar as you know was voted off really early in the second round he and I were together so it did basically nothing for me, and with soul & star yes we stuck together early on but it eventually fizzled out from being personal to being game related. Star was gone 9th place which didn't really tank my game because fuggles (the main person who took star out) went out 8th right after. And I stuck with soul because no shade I knew I'd have a chance to beat him at the end, plus he also tried to vote me out f6

Hi @- Void {S1}. I don't really think I was much of a comp beast on purpose because I wasn't just winning immunities willy nilly, rather having no other option to win them otherwise I'd be going home. I wouldn't say I was lucky to have all my threats go out back to back, I played a major part in the Bethany flip (organised with Sams) and idoled myself to take out sams f6, and then you f5, since it guaranteed me having the immunity not you, everything I did was intentional and to further myself in the game. By final 8 I knew I was a big threat due to my performance in touchy subjects, so I did everything I could to push the target onto people like fuggles and bethany which worked perfectly.

I think a tribal where I had 100% control was the f6 Sams vote. I was pretty much dead in the water and lucky found the idol just in the nick of time, which let me nullify 4 votes against me, giving me more power, and getting Theo to vote out Sams with me. I don't know how but I somehow mad people believe there was even an ounce of hope I wouldn't play my idol, so that piled more votes onto me and gave my single vote even more power

Hey Jack! The pregame relationships I knew were Star, who is one of my closest friends and Bree & Omar, who I have had also become friends with. Its not we all like we all come together and decided to apply. I recognized the people I knew and this lead to me naturally gravitate towards them. I never played a single round with Omar, the only time I talked to him this whole game was that teagames duel where I lost. Star was definitely a very close ally to me but I still voted against their best wishes as soon as I got back and I even voted Bree in the Final 6.

Hi Clint thank you for the question and the honesty. The only people I knew coming into this game were Omar, Soul, and Star. Ak and Theo are people I met here and just clicked with immediately, and they can both attest to that!

Whose game did you intentionally destroy? Whose vote did you change? Which elimination happened because of relationships you built—not because it was the obvious move?

And winning challenges isn't the same as winning the game.

I don't think I necessarily "destroyed" anyone's game, rather used their game as a reason to vote them out. Bethany is a name that comes to mind, nobody was really after her the entire time, though I do remember saying to void and in my confessional quite early on I did see her winning if she made it to the end, so when everyone was least expecting it, I used her strong positioning as a reason to vote her out with sams and soul.

I think the main elimination that happened because of relationships I built was honestly the Andrew vote. I wasn't able to vote in that tribal but the other tribe was, and they were all in full support of me staying despite being on the bottom of my tribe, people were saying how they heard such great things about me and were really fighting for me to stay, and that tribal ended with me getting 0 votes casted against me

Hi Void! Something I did to make a vote go completely was actually getting the target off of you and onto Bethany at the final 7. At first the plan was you. People assumed your Idol really only negated half the votes but I knew you wanted me out and I was not going to put the fate of my game in the hands of if your idol was full or half. Theo was pretty inac that round he told me he would just vote Void, so it was basically up to me to create a new target that would go over me. I think this also ties into the Bonus question, the final 7 is defintely where I got to shine stragetically. I planned out the votes to split between you and Bethany because I found it suspicious that she wanted a unanimous vote on you. It worked out, it was a 3-3-1. Had Bethany flipped and voted me it still would've tied 2-2 between us and I still would've been safe. I got that control by messaging people at all hours who are they voting, meticlously planning out the votes in my confessional to make sure I stayed. At some i was triple texting Bree: "Bree are you voting Bethany?" "Who would vote Bethany with you" "I"ll vote Bethany with you fuck it". At the same time I was also trying to map out where Sams was going to vote, and I knew that Ryan was going to vote Void because Bethany had mentioned she was closed to Ryan.

I think my game really speaks for itself and had the most peaks and valleys. By the end of pre merge I was dead in the water and about to be sent home, I survived and clawed my way up the power rankings by forming strong social connections, alliances, winning challenges, and overall going from the underdog to the power player. I think regardless of what you think of me as a person you can agree that I fought hard as hell to be here and played a DAMN good game .

Hiii @14th | Ricci thank you for the question! I understand I might have worded that part a little wrong. From my point of view it seemed like my old tribemates had heard I was on the bottom of my tribe and sort of put in a good word for me to stay. No these connections aren't the sole reason why I stayed that round and Andrew genuinely was the bigger threat, but I believe those connections definitely played a factor in people not voting for me despite how hard Andrew was campaigning.

I definitely think that my position in that tribal was the turning point for me, holding onto strong social connections in order to further myself in the game. I helped make Jack the vote twice in a row, using his positioning in pre jury as the main selling point for why he was the biggest threat, which let me take someone out who was gunning for me. I moved through the game positioning myself between sides so no one could directly target me while also playing a major hand in eliminations (Clint, Fuggles, Bethany, Sams, Void). Even when I was exposed as a huge social threat by winning touchy subjects, my only votes during merge were 4 in f6, all of which I nullified

I think what differentiates me from Theo was although, yes, we both came back from the Black Lodge, but the timing was really important. I had to reconnect with people who had already gone through some pretty emotional votes. I had to wiggle my way back into the decision-making aspect of the game without making myself an immediate target right away. Theo had way more time to be in those conversations, to figure out who voted with him and who didn't. As for Bree, I think her winning out was really impressive, but what definitely differentiates me and Bree was my game didn't revolve around immunities, I had to adapt, and campaign, and find ways to survive when I knew I was catching votes. Which I don't think either Bree or Theo were ever the clear minority vote.

This is a little.... scary I can't lie. I'm not sure what EXACTLY to make of this but I assume it's people expecting me to come into ponderosa next, and to their surprise I never did. Or it's just people talking shit about me but a girl can dream

I think I mentioned in my speech how I felt you were definitely calling the shots, and to be honest it was annoying. Coming back from the lodge I really wanted a move to cement myself as someone who's here to play but you had so many people behind you it was incredibly hard to make a vote to go an opposing way, and it didn't help that some of my allies were working with you too. So I can really only speak for the rounds I was there (Gem -> Theo), that you were definitely who I think had the most power.

However, after you went home I didn't feel like anyone really filled your spot, nobody really had the agency from the f7 onwards that was like really calculating and figuring out the votes. Once the f6 started it felt like a premade boot order, everyone already knew the who would go after this person, and who would go if this person won immunity. Sometimes I would pop in here and there to make sure there was no chance a vote would go a different way (eg. the Sams Advantage Lie), but me and Theo worked hand in hand really and we knew a lot of the same stuff (eg. how Void had an idol).

I think as of right now, lots of you seem pretty empathetic towards my game. I'm glad you recognize that although the twist did screw me up I still tried my hardest to mold a winning game. I think your guys' perspective on me is that im definitely a fighter and i'm not just going to give up, I have spent way too many days to feel like I didn't do enough and just not give it my all here. I think overall Bree and Ryan are also viewed in a pretty positive light, of course we each have our respective defects but I think most of you open to voting whoever. Also I dont know if this question wants us to critique eachothers games so lmk 😭

It was my first solo immunity win ever and in the game (though there were many more to come) and it made me realise how genuine the connections I was forming were. It was such a mix of relief, joy and feeling powerful. I think that round really cemented me as a power player and laid the foundation for the incredible game I had to come

Hey Bethany! I think the tme where I definitely had the best time was when I won the Kindness challenge after I had just come back, voted incorrectly, and had Fuggles on my ass, SO... YOU COULD IMAGINE the glee I had. But, me winning that immmunity wasn't completely that. I feel it also was a physical representation of the work I have been putting in. When I was in the black lodge I made it my mission to try to be as active as I could be. I knew that If I wanted to turn my game around, and change peoples' perspective of me, I would need to be as active as I could, and thats what I did. I went to each of you, we talked about your personal lives, where you worked, where you went to school, your aspirations, your fears, and i was receptive to all of it. I talked about in my kidness submission and watching that win felt incredible because the amount of effort I had put into getting to know each of you had literally come through to save me in a different way that I would've expected.

Ricci: I think Jack had the most power this round, due to him basically singlehandedly sending Ricci home. I knew he was a very convincing guy who was after me so he definitely had to go next, and I made sure to plant seeds to people like void and gem to solidify him going next
Jack: The person I think had the most power this round was honestly me... I worked really hard to ensure Jack went home because he was the only person absolutely gunning for me, and was also around the time the strong 4 of me you void and star was made
Marissa: Clint definitely had the most power here, he spearheaded her elimination which blindsided gem and theo which they were furious about, which was weird for me because I was a part of that blindside but also very close to gem and theo, but it helped me regain a bit of trust with clint in the timebeing
Gem: I think you had the most power here fuggles, you somehow managed to avoid elimination yet again and get gem sent home who wasn't as much of a threat as you were. This helped me stay loyal to Theo by voting Clint, while also not making it too obvious where I stood
Clint: Star/Theo would've had the most power in this I'd say, Star was already fighting HARD for Clint to go and Theo used his time out advantage on Clint so he literally couldn't do anything most of the round. This was also the round I won touchy subjects so I learned that I was positioned really well in the tribe, but that was also exposed to everyone else so I had to be wary about my threat level moving on
Star: Again I think you had the most power. You took the shot you needed to and blindsided me, and I knew my time was up soon if I didn't act quick.
Fuggles: I think myself/Soul had a great hand in this. The vote was on soul and was pretty much a done deal but I knew you were the much bigger threat and if soul went home I'd be next in line. You were also the only person who knew I was first in line for the f5 immunity advantage so I really had to get you gone before you started using that against me (idk if you already did by that point)
Bethany: I again had a lot of power this round. I knew I would've been gone this round had I not won immunity. I spoke with sams and we agreed Bethany was a huge threat (personally my biggest threat in the game) I got soul on board and let Theo vote void just in case he didn't use his idol, but that didn't matter because he did and Bethany was sent home, which put me one step closer to winning the game
Sams: I was definitely the one with the most power here. I let people think there was an ounce of hope I wouldn't use my idol which ultimately got 4 votes on me, my only 4 votes in merge and I nullified all of them, sending home Sams in the process and getting Theo to vote with me just for good measure. Since void won immunity here, Sams was the next best thing as far as threats go
Void: This was already kind of a done deal, since I idoled f6 I automatically had f5 immunity due to my advantage, if I went home f6 then void would be the one immune f5, so it is kind of unfortunate for him but he did have to go, definitely would've won if he was in ftc
Theo: WOW okay I can't believe I won this immunity. Genuinely. Theo and I did talk before the f4 and we agreed that whichever one of us didn't win immunity would probably place 4th, and unfortunately that was him 💔

Good morning yall! Firstly wanted to say a big thankyou for all those who have asked questions so far I just read through them all and will answer them all once I grab something to eat real quick!

In regards to my speech I know I copped a lot of crap for the way its format and it being “AI generated” and Fio showed it’s not AI so I’ll leave it at that and won’t say anything about people who did call it AI instead of believing I actually could write a good piece of writing. In regards to the format I’m in university a big thing I learned is at least try to make the piece impactful within a short word count which I felt like I tried to do hence short paragraphs or one liners. The law speech I always do that for FTC’s (Fio can vouch, I did it a long time ago in the one we played together). I was never good enough to be a lawyer irl because I couldn’t work with case law well and precedents but I have law friends and I love the subject so a little quirk on mine was I imagine I’m a lawyer for each FTC I’m in and structure it as if I’m pitching for a jury. Maybe I should chance it since I’ve never won one before. I know it’s cringe but it’s my little guilty pleasure

I didn't have a single pre-game relationship with anyone on the cast before the season started. The only person I knew was Fio (as we played together in VisuOrgs) because he asked me to come play here. I know Fio's previous org was linked to VisuOrgs so I thought I might know a couple people but it didn't turn out that way. Tbh I am grateful for that. I like playing on a clean slate but also my favourite part of orgs is getting to meet new people as if I am in an actual survivor game. Orgs are made from the people that play. I think pre-game relationships are a cop out and not a fair way of playing in a "newbie season". Everyone should be given the same blank slate but unfortunately it doesn't all work out that way and we just play with the cards we are dealt. I think I did a good job of this and built a lot of relationships throughout the game that helped me get here. I had to do that from scratch rather than relying on pre-existing relationships.

In comparison to me, like yes I agree Bree's game is pretty neat on paper, but what agency did she really have? I feel like I have never seen her like go around and try to gather votes to get someone out, I can see her arguing Sams but everybody was voting Sams, AND ACTUALLY, she was so dead in the water 4 of those people NOT including her all voted her?? I think I built a lot of very meaningful connections throughout this game. As you pointed out unfortunately with playing the middle I was definitely going to disappoint people. I know I burned a bridge with Clint (who was someone I enjoyed talking to and was always super honest), Fuggles who I don't know if they were upset when I voted them off but that was another tough vote off and then the last one was Sams going at six which I knew I was sending home but needed votes on Bree just in case and refused to vote Soul. I don't think my game was about burning bridges though, I built enough trust that even after not voting with certain people and votes didn't go their way, they still came to me and needed or wanted to work with me. In regards to being loyal to people close with me - there was two people I wouldn't cross. Bethany and Ricci. I worked every round with Ricci until he went home (I didn't know he was going). With Bethany I think the round she went home showed my loyalty. I coudn't write Bethany's name down even though it was strategically correct. She was my day 1 - similar to Jack and Clint. I wasn't going to put her name down and was ride or die till the end. Playing the middle meant that I sometimes had to choose between the two groups of people that I genuinely wanted to work with. Those decisions inveitably upset people but I don't think it meant I was disloyal. I think it meant I consistently made decisions that put me in the best position to be here while also preserving as many relationships as possible along the way as they did mean something to me.

For the second part of the question I think its a two rounds but linked to a similar meaning:
The rounds I felt I had the most control and pretty much 100% was the Gem and Star vote offs. I felt that I had the clearest control of them going but also why they were going. I wanted to work with Theo, but I wanted him relying on me instead of having a larger group of people he could go to instead. With Gem I have seen in previous orgs people who were as sociable and strategic as Gem be allowed to get through a few votes because they were on the bottom and then end up winning. I didn't want to allow that to happen so I pushed her name and convinced others to do the same. The same with Star. I know when chatting to Bethany and Void the other option was Bree and maybe hindsight I should of gone Bree but at the time Star was the major challenge beast, a close ally to Soul and Theo and someone I hadn't conversated much with. I was able to flip that vote onto Star and have everyone push Star's name as well. I built trust in that with the people I surrounded myself with that I could shape the conversation and keep the vote to where I wanted it. I knew at tribals the numbers would go my way and improve my position in the game

Lucky for me 1 million US dollars is 1.4 million AUD but everything is overpriced here. I think there is three categories I would look at if I had the money - First is debt management: I would love to pay off my university dergee (teaching degress are expensive here and we don't get paid much), and pay off my car. The second is looking after my folks - I would love to pay for a family trip around Europe. My parents never had the opportunity to follow their dreams and travel around Europe because they focused on having a family, buying a house etc. I think the ultimate thing would to be able to give them that dream that they have always wanted before it is too late and build some memories we can share for the rest of our lives. The final thing would be to put a deposit on a house. Housing is really expensive in Australia and as a young adult, it is always a sign of I have made it is by cracking into the first home market. I am lucky wiht the support my parents provide me letting me stay with them and super grateful but I really wish that I could start to build my life and take those steps to becoming my own adult!

Thankyou Ricci for the kind words! I think a lof of this question was answered when answering Void's question but I will still try answer it! I think the move I was most proud of was the Gem vote off. I was proud of it for a few reasons:
1. I got to the point of being able to dictate the vote after having to sit back a couple votes after your elimination. I wasn't following the majority I pushed it.
2. I was thinking beyond just that vote, I weakened Theo's allies but also showed that me working with him and Soul had to be on my terms, I would keep them around when others wanted them gone but I got to dictate who we went after or that I may not include them and work with the other group but still look out for them.
3. The vote strengthend my position without making me seem like a threat. My game was influence rather than making big spectacles or causing chaos at tribal.
4. I adapted after your vote off, being able to dictate a vote with a new alliance and power structure.
I am proud of this vote because it was the start of me shaping the endgame and how I could start building my path to the end. I believed Theo wanted to work with me but I wanted to take numbers away from him to ensure this was the case. This move represents my game as it wasn't flashy, I didn't play flashy, but I used relationships to shape the game the way I wanted it to be shaped!

I think to this question for me specifically shows that my game went under the radar which was a deliberate strategy. People probably didn't realise to the extent of how I was influencing this game until now where what I was doing is being brought to light. For Bree, I know socially everyone loved her and was talking to a lot and that could of resulted in mentions in ponderosa. For Soul everyone loves an underdog story and that could of been a reason. I will say apart of me wishes I was in ponderosa becasue with this cast I think it could of been vibes!

Tbh my favourite part of the game was the F15-16 round. Being reunited with you after OG tribe and Ricci after first swap tribe was a really fun moment. Just being able to start the journey of working together throughout the merge was something important to me. I thought I did a lot of surviving and work to get back to the moment of working together! While it didn't last long, I really enjoyed the time getting to know the both of you! I also really enjoyed playing the middle to be close to a lot of different people. The people is what made this season, it truly was a special cast!

Hey Theo!! I completely get the lack of communication at times, I won’t sit here and pretend it was perfect. I think timezones didn’t help but I won’t blame it entirely. Comparing me to Bree, I think I know a lot of people got to know Bree well she didn’t do that with me. She told me that she didn’t try to talk or get to know me because we lived on the opposite sides of the world. But I will say she was really sweet when we cleared the air I just want it known I wasn’t the only one who didnt chat in depth to everyone. I agree there was times I could have been more engaged with the whole tribe instead of certain people and I own that for sure. What I will say was I was very efficient with the opportunities I had online. I am very busy irl (tbh I only played because Fio was the one asking) so I made sure that on the times I had I prioritised relationships that I could get information and set be up to other players via the main connection. Every morning I woke up I had important information waiting for me from numerous people. The fact that I was able to have this imformation flow to me and maintain these relationships through swaps, a major blindside, power structures switching, alliance dynamics moving shows that these relationships were genuine even if I wasn’t the most active person in the game. I also think it’s important to seperate visibility from effectiveness. A quieter game can sometimes look like a less influential one but that didn’t happen here. Besides Ricci blindside, I knew where every vote was going before each tribal, I influence and dictated votes, and didn’t use idol or immunity to do so. While yes I could of gotten to know you and some others more personally, I chatted to you enough that I received important information from you, worked with you in votes I wanted to and progressed with as an ally to F4. I was very efficient!

As for why I deserve to win despite those shortcomings well it’s because survivor isn’t a game about who can send the most messages. It’s outwit, outplay and outlast. I did that. I put myself into the best position to reach the end and earn the jury’s respect. While some people didn’t like the way I did and felt hurt and I also fully acknowledge my lacking at times in communication, I built a game where I was rarely in danger - I wasn’t in any serious danger, I had options instead of obligations and I consistently influence the direction of the game as Void said I was a swing vote a lot in the end game. Tbh me doing that without being the loudest or most visible player is why I’m super proud of the game I played!

Fuggles I missed your question, I am so sorry I will answer it now!

Ricci: While I was kept out of the vote, from what I had heard after it felt like Jack spearheaded this vote and had the power. Credit to him it was a huge move that shook up the game.
Jack: I don’t think anyone held the power for this vote. Jack’s vote off was a repercussion it felt from going after Ricci. Plus, now he didn’t have an advantage.
Marissa: Clint pushed hard for this vote and had the most power here. A vote that helped my game moving forward and was happy to support Clint in doing it.
Gem: I think I had the most power at this vote. Clint wanted Star at this vote. I told him that wasn’t happening and the vote was Gem otherwise he would end up going home. This was after I convinced Fuggles in our 1 on 1’s, and Bethany and Void in alliance chat. I got the person I wanted out, saved a critical ally in Clint in the process.
Clint: Star/Theo had the most power in this vote. Theo used his time out advantage at a critical time to put Clint out of the round. Star really worked hard to ensure their was numbers were there. While it really hurt voting Clint here after all we had gone through. I needed Fuggles still here and knew my game would open up once again.
Star Updates: I held a lot of the main power this vote with Fuggles as secondary. I talked to Fuggles and Bethany and void similar to the Gem vote. I pushed for Star over Bree for the reasons in my speech. Fuggles did work to make sure it still was still the case while I was asleep.

Fuggles: I think Bethany and Theo held a lot of power here and I had influence flipping. Without Bethany and I flipping at this vote Fuggles would of stayed and Soul would of left. Bethany and I had deliberations as to who we believed made sense to go and while I envisioned Fuggles going at 7, I didn’t think Soul was the right choice as he hadn’t done anything in the game. Theo was the one who Bethany mentioned talk to her about the plan which in turn went to me.
Bethany: I think Bree and Sams had the power for this vote. Those two worked together to get votes on Bethany. I stuck loyal with Bethany, someone I wasn’t planning on voting.
Sams: I think I held the majority of power in this vote. I forced Void and Sams to vote Bree with me (Void can vouch for this in the convos we had). I knew Bree was going to play the idol however I didn’t want Soul to be the target like Void and Sams wanted so I got them to vote Bree on the 0.01% chance she didn’t. I didn’t care who went home between Bree and Sams both were the biggest threats left that weren’t immune and I knew Sams was the other vote. As much as I loved working with Sams and getting to know him he’s super cool – was something I had to do for my game.
Void/Theo: I think this was self-explanatory due to situation of the game with low numbers.

Fuggles I will say I think you had a lot of power in the game

It really was hard for me to vote you out man. We did/do have a legit friendship that I really enjoyed getting to build. Unfortunately it came down to two allies of mine that I really valued and had to make a call.I Iw ent with which was going to help me get further and would let me call more of the shots/be apart of the decision making process. I know I should of let you know as a friend but I have been in the situations where I told people that and got myself eliminated. Very selfish I know but I hope you understand by reasoning.

As for your first question, I do not think I played stagnant at all. Before the Black Lodge I focused on trying to be positioned safetly with numbers that I could count on, a stable base where I could chill. However, when I came back I completely changed my approach, I couldn't really force things right away because a lot had happened while I was gone, people were blindsided, and power had shifted. This big obstacle forced me to rebuild trust with people, instead of the game I had wanted to play where I created important bonds in the premerge, I had to adapt to playing what felt like a game already halfway through, as if I had to jump into a moving car. Although, it was difficult I definitely did find my footing and my people, and was able to find power in future rounds.

For your second question, I can see the argument on why my game might be critizied because I did not attend that many tribals, however, I do want to argue that tribals are not everything in this game. Just because I was safe most of the premerge doesnt cancel out everything else I did during it, it doesn't cancel out the effort I put into trying to create agency with people and it doesn't cancel out the information I gathered while my tribe was safe. I just want to mention, just because I went to less tribals doesn't mean that I automatically had an easier path to the end. For example, a lot of you went to premerge tribals with a clear consensus boot, im positive most of you weren't fighting for your life every time you went to a premerge tribal when people like ns.. John or Corny were up for elimination. That's just how the cards were dealt for me and for all of you, simple as that.

An extension of your second question, i do feel like I put in a lot of work and I was pretty influential for the late game and I do recognize that people would want me here to sit at the end to beat me (eg. Bree, who has just mentioned in her jury questions a while ago), HOWEVER.. thats not the case for everyone. Lots of people did not want me here, lots of people had me being voting out as their best interest, lots of people in the merge did not want me to be at the end with them. So, to answer your question I would say I did have a healthy amount of control because the amount of times I have had my name thrown out there, the amount of votes I had received, and the amount of plans that there were to vote me out, quite literally contradicts the fact that most people wanted to take me to the end to beat me, because if that were the case I would be sitting pretty here not having had to campaign to stay round after round just riding the wave.

Star Toomey is the best player alive because we will be seeing her on our screens tomorrow for the BB28 premiere, Dee is just a cover for the real survivor alum that will be entering the BB house.

1. Hello ⭐… a moment where I had to show versatility in the game was when I HAD to win the last two immunities. Before then I had relied on my social game (everyone loved me and this was proved in touchy subjects) and strategic positioning (everyone had my back, I made the right calls when it was good for my game e.g. Bethany), I actually made an effort to form bonds with people every day and plan out game moves to get myself ahead. I can actually sit here and say I gave my all and played a powerful game without lying and bullshitting you guys, because the proof is very much in the pudding. My social and strategic game was enough to get me to f7 unscathed, but it got to a point where I was the biggest threat left (for good reason) and had no other choice but to fight for myself and win immunities to get myself here without relying on others like I had been doing previously

3. I think it’s better to win immunities when you absolutely have to. Me winning my first immunity (touchy subjects) was honestly accidental, and I won due to having the strongest social standing in the game, which I couldn’t do anything about and could really only take as a compliment. My other 3 immunities were a matter of life or death and you know I’m not just gonna lay down and die and let myself get voted off. I think out of everyone I had to fight the MOST to get here and didn’t have to rely on people thinking I’m a goat… because well… I’m the only one in ftc that isn’t. A round where I relied solely on my social game was the Andrew/Tully tribals. I went into that tribal on the bottom of my tribe and about to be sent packing, only for the social connections I had built pre swap to come into clutch and get me saved. The fact my social game transpired tribal lines and people were still impacted by it when I wasn’t even there speaks volumes to it’s power which no shade none of the other finalists can say that. I succeeded through only my strategic game through the f8 Fuggles vote. I helped blindside and take out a huge threat, saving soul who would’ve been easier to beat at ftc. By doing this vote flip I also took out one of void’s strongest numbers, who would later be my biggest threat to getting here. Fuggles was the only person who outright knew for a fact I had the f5 legacy advantage, so taking that shot at him guaranteed that my status wouldn’t be blown up and be the reason that would get me sent packing. I was always thinking two steps ahead in this game, I didn’t sit there, do nothing, get lucky, and pretend I was some inactive mastermind. I actually called the shots and people can attest to that, I can’t say the same for others here.

5. Star toomey is THE chocolate goddess of survivor. Oh yes… Cirie not only has your crown slipped but your wig has too boo. Star updates runs everest orgs because Fio told me that exact same thing in my confessional. Like the impact is there

Q1. I think the way that I had to adjust my gameplay showed my versatility in this game. I had to learn how to play from both a power and survival situation in this game. At the start and first swap I felt very comfortable and was in a power position alongside Ricci/Bethany/Tully. I then had to move to a position of survival in the second swap and early merge. I voted whoever I was dictated to by Andrew and built a strong reliance with Clint (loved working with you Clint) to ensure my own survival as I had none of my OG’s on my tribe. Everyone else had a partner at least besides Void. I did a better job then void to avoid being the target as a single person from their OG tribe (I was glad void had an idol, would have been a different game). After the Ricci vote I was back again reeling from a blindside and had to figure out where I stood and regroup to ensure I didn’t follow suit and to build agency for me. I then successfully did this and rebuilt my power position in the tribe to dictate what I wanted and became a swing vote and the most important number of the merge. I was proud of how I did this and how I consistently adapted from different positions and hands I was dealt and intern got myself here from my adaptability and how to flourish in tough situations

Q2. I think the two sides changed consistently throughout the merge however I think it’s dictated in merge before Clint elimination and Merge after Clint went home . The early storyline of merge was Clint (and Og observed) vs Ricci (and og served) and that was because of the Andrew vote off. Clint and the OG observed, Jack and Sams worked with Theo (a free trader) to take out Ricci. Everyone wanted to take a strike at strike at Jack to break up that three. Once Jack went the dynamic changed to Theo, Gem and Marissa as the opposite side to the one I aligned with which was the Fuggles and Bethany side which had Bree, void and Star as well. Clint and his close allies joined with the side I was on and he pushed the Marissa vote. Star you then replaced Marissa in that group of three however Gem went home next tribal due to me. At the Clint vote once again I was the swing. An alliance chat was made with me, Sams, Theo, Soul and Clint to vote Fuggles and force rocks or get one of the “Fuggles Crew” to flip. I decided that as I’ve mentioned earlier that I unfortunately I didn’t want to go to rocks and wanted Fuggles around longer.

When Clint went it became evident two new sides formed - Star, Bree, Soul and Theo and then Fuggles, Bethany, Void and Sams. Me sitting perfectly in the middle. I pushed your elimination for a couple reasons - 1. You were a comp beast, 2. I wanted Soul and Theo in my back pocket and wasn’t worried about Bree at all so went with you as the target. Theo was furious at me for keeping Fuggles and went off on me in my 1 on 1’s for playing Fuggles game when it was me who did and controlled that vote. Bethany and I switched our sides at the next tribal to join - Theo, Soul and Bree to take out Fuggles. I chose when Fuggles went home (with teamwork with Bethany) I was a key vote and swing in numerous rounds where Fuggles could have gone home. He was the target of 3/4 of the rounds prior to his elimination.

This vote also broke up the three of Bethany, Me and Void that ran for most of merge after the Ricci elimination until Fuggles vote off as we flipped on Void

Anyway this is how I saw the sides of the game and the majority of the rounds and how I positioned myself in them. I knew everything that was happening and who aligned where and what they wanted to do. After Fuggles vote off I don’t think there were two sides anymore just seven people playing for themselves.

Q3. Star you truly are one of a kind and an icon. You are a founding feature of what this org will be built on. And just remember me and you have spots in burning hell for season 2

People seem to be dubbing me as a comp beast, and I have spoken about how excellent my social game was this season, so I think the part that gets most overlooked is my strategic ability. I was positioned in such a way where I was never even considered to be a target until around f8. I was part of key vote flips in the season like fuggles and Bethany, both of which allowed me to get further in the game with one less threat trying to get me out. I got 6 votes the entire season, 2 in pre jury and 4 in merge (all 4 being in one tribal) which I think speaks volumes about where I stood with people. I was smooth sailing and extremely comfortable until about f8, where I had to then pivot and make moves to not only add to my resume but to actually get me to ftc in the first place

Hey! I think a part of my game that I haven't really mentioned a lot is how aware I was of the relationships around me. I was able to be very intentional with the connections I made, I had multiple people willing to talk to me and due to this I think I successfully got groups of people to vote how I would've liked them to, instead of just going to one person and trying to convince them to do something. If I wasn't getting leeway with one person I would try the next and this allowed to make sure I was always in the know and I had a lot of flexibility in the way i would plan specific votes!

Hey, Gem! I believe the person I shared the most loyalty to was Theo, I never knew him before this game. However, over time we seriously shared everything with each other. I felt like after we stayed up all night in that lodge a strong connection created. i remember giving him some advice on who to talk to before he left the lodge to make sure he was set up for success and wasn't totally dead in the water when he got back. I think Theo was such an amazing ally, he stood by me every round and we shared so many moves hand in hand. Everything he knew I knew, and vice versa. I also really want to give him credit for the F8 round, for telling everyone about Fuggles' and Voids' shared idol because that very well was a factor in saving me that round. We had the same goals and objectives and I seriously regard him as a newfound friend!

two of them got master strategist but...

one person made less mistakes...

and played such a killer social game!

this guy was allies with every kind of person possible in this game

from the old guys (clint and jack), to the queenkas (bree and soul), to the adults in the room (bethany, ryan, void)...

this was not a choice made lightly, i switched my pick for this over a ton of times...

you are all great! know that, and i encourage you all to try to walk away with this with the most positive experience you can. for 23 of you, things did not go your way. but don’t let that dictate what the past 42 days were for you! i say this because i for many years would let the outcomes of orgs genuinely ruin my enjoyment of them, and by proxy, my mental health. all of you guys were lovely people, for once in my hosting career not a single complaint, and you are all welcome to become active members of the everest community if you think you’d enjoy sticking around <3

i have a lot more to say which you may soon catch in the first release of my attempt at an everest newsletter coming soon to an org near you. the goal with this is to make something of the narrative that you guys crafted / defined / etc from this season. it is not one to be forgotten!
