I think our best bet is to spread each channel to individuals based on point tier, for example:
dispensary: ricci, andrew
studio: clint, ryan
dev lab: brayden, tully
card shop: marissa
throne: ricci, andrew, clint
bbq: ryan, brayden
run zone: tully, marissa
then the lowest tier has 7 channels, so each person can be responsible for their own channel.
If possible - each person has some sort of second device where you can see seconds. At 4:59:30 start with the lowest tier, work your way up attempting to send your final message as close to 4:59:59 as possible in the highest tier channel.
That way: nobody has more than 3 channels they’d be responsible for, so we definitely won’t get penalized. Additionally, the overlap in the channels of importance gives us a bit larger of a margin for error if someone messes up or sends a message too early.
Thoughts? Obviously we don’t have to follow this exact plan - but it’s the best I could come up with currently
