@Cassandra Fish [S2] , you claimed that F4 was your least strategic round. You made some brilliant strategic moves this season, but Carlee would’ve wiped the floor with all of you at FTC. Please justify this oversight and tell me why you believed it didn’t matter who went home that round

@Ale [S2👑] , You hit the nail on the head with your social and strategic reads both in the game and in that speech. I have 2 points in your game that I want some extra clarity on: Give me more context to the Riley tribal, it certainly seemed like she was the front runner at that point - but why so willing to let her go? I think I specifically want you to speak to your alliances’ cohesiveness and safety with advantages (If Dallas consulted anybody but Missouri about his Rod play at 8, we tell him not to play it and then AK goes instead - but yall still have ways to defend yourself moving forward). okay that was long winded, next point in your game I want to hear more about is the F4 tribal. Your speech has hints all throughout it about why Carlee was the best player in the game and needed to go, talk to me about why that should be the game winning move for you

@ak , I struggle a lot with how I should perceive your game. Immediately at swap, Garrett Tully and I formed an alliance and it seemed like we were able to use the cover of that to completely dictate the Francisca and Emp boots. At the F9 round, we used the extra votes because we thought we couldn’t trust you enough to make you the sole swing vote - mostly due to the paranoia and OTT behavior you cited as intentional in your speech. On the surface, it seems like you lacked agency and people didn’t trust you enough to keep you fully looped in. Behind all that is a really brilliant game where you managed your threat level just well enough to have people trusting you, but not enough to still be playing completely optimally for themselves. I love parts of your game, I hate others - tell me why i’m stupid for hating those parts of your game and make your agency during the merge undeniable

Okay finally, I loved played with you all truly - these games are so much fun and although i’m very gamebotty and love wrapping my mind around all things strategic, I particularly gain some sick twisted joy out of the personal lows you experience here because it often makes me a really petty bitch. I know you all have it in you, get petty, get nasty, drag your other finalists games and speeches as hard as you can and tell me why your game stands above theirs. Bonus points if you really put your heart into it
ak @mvlancholia 08/28/2026 12:30 PM
Ill answer ur question though idk abt ale/cass I really dont feel the need to drag their games. They did their own thing, I did mine, my speech is up and speaks for itself and if I have to get nasty and petty to convince you to vote me then clearly I didn't play well enough

Firstly, I understand your issue with my game that I didn’t have enough agency but I didnt begin at the same starting line in the marathon that was merge. While everyone had allies, number 1s, advantages and all of that I walked in with mine gone and an idol gone, so my gameplay here was focused on survival. I don’t think you really should hate my game because whether people liked me or not, my vote was necessary considering the rounds were often very close, and whether you trusted me or not I still had people approaching me to work together and had various underground connections. My behavior was intentional because I wasn’t going to let myself get picked off, I was going to be loud and make it clear that I wanted to stay. So yeah, I didn’t have the agency others had, but considering I walked into the merge with half of it distrusting me and the other already being a group, I still had enough input in different rounds and was able to vote in the majority all my way to FTC from F10 onwards
ric5311 have some whimsy please
I’ve spent the whole season arguing and being frustrated for a number of reasons, I’m here to defend my own game not to drag that of others 😭😭
Ricci [S1; S2] @ric5311 08/28/2026 12:37 PM
Thanks for your response, you did have agency but I think you’re missing where that agency was most utilized. You played a great game

The intention of my question is that you all played on the same side as each other for a large majority of the game, i’d like to see yall fight for it to differentiate yourself from each other. I’m not asking you to tell them that they’re ugly

Again I think my involvement in rounds was purposely more so in the background rather than active because my approach to this game from F12 onwards was to position myself in a way where people wanted to work with me, whether they liked me or not

There’s a difference between getting petty and nasty and explaining why I differentiated myself from others but I addressed this in one of tully’s questions

WHOOP sorry I forgot to answer the first question but I would say something that helps me stand out from the competition is that while others admit they played into the sides at the merge, I tried to play a rather balanced game and really considered my options with working with different people. Even though it may not necessarily have worked out, it does show adaptability and like considering survivor is a game that changes quickly, I was making sure that I was ready with people wanting to work with me even though I was visibly a "weaker" or less powerful player in the early merge

You are the slingshot queen this season, I want to hear more about those moves because I think they were the best moves of the season besides the F4 tribal

F4 was very much an oversight for me because I wasn’t sure where the jury’s head was at, given that I really underestimated Carlee’s social connections in comparison to my strategic game. I thought it didn’t matter because I didn’t expect Carlee to be some big jury threat. This is a flaw, but I don’t think it’s determinate of being a closing pint to my game. I had still maintained a way to get attention off myself at F4, being the only one who was eligible to receive a vote, yet still not even after 4 rounds of being a target. So while the Carlee misread was something that I overlooked, it didn’t make F4 a throwaway round for me. I still demonstrated a pivotal moment in my game, as the others underestimated my game as well!

i can go over exclusive details in a vm but i wanna set a basic understanding

The first one was something I was gonna use on Dallas regardless, though I expected an axe or another advantage because I assumed the fishing rod was discarded, but both ways would’ve been a method of gathering the votes in my favor. Playing it on AK was determined from conversations with others (bc i had NOT talked to dallas :se_sideeye: #Oops) I had gathered the target was Ak because of how people perceived his position in the game (flipping to vote out riley, flipping back), ale and ak informing me that people were not happy with ak, and the final nail was when the axe was played to steal carlee’s vote. Any survivor player knows you do NOT steal the targets vote, sealing my belief the real target wasn’t Carlee.

The second one was a lot clearer, with me determining I was the vote through process of elimination (they already came for carlee and ak before, ale was immune, i had a new threat level), and came to ale with the slingshot plan as a way to damage control him, knowing i would’ve stolen that shovel regardless. the vote split also happened because I knew there was still a shovel and a stone axe in the game, because if they were played and had all votes been negated, and ally likely goes in the revote because of the advantages carrying over.

Also! i have a huge chart on my mac showing bell estimations and all advantages that were bought, hidden, and still somewhere in the game to best expect who had what that i can show when i get home!!

ric5311 okay yeah sorry I also wanna know how you kept the target off you at 4 as well 😭...
i had a great 1o1 connection with all four of them, and 2 trios (both with ale, each being with the other), which I was able to play the loyalty card for the both of them to vote each other (keeping their votes off me), and informing ak at a last minute that I was voting him because lying to someone at 4 is lowk an asshole move. this also strengthens my social game even MORE because it showed how good my connections were with my allies, even so they’d prioritize me over others even when it was the last tribal and i had a bigger resume
oki i’m go back to school i ran off to the bathroom to answer bai

Hi Ricci! There were a lot of reasons I was willing to let Riley go. Unfortunately she started to play a bit messy specifically in regards to your side. She burned you guys a lot and that definitely put a target on her back. However, she also threw a lot of my side under the bus to y'all including Cassie and Ak which caused a bit of contention specifically from Ak's side. So when this round rolled around I guessed that Ak thought he was towards the bottom of our alliance and this caused him to flip which was very bad for me. With Riley gone I was able to rein it and begin to take over the role as the leader of my side and strengthen the relationships within it! The four of Ak, Cassie, Carlee and I became REALLY tight knit at this point and voted together for the rest of the game! In regards to advantages I knew about every advantage on my side personally (I knew about Cassie's advantages while the others didn't and I believe at a certain point Ak had an advantage that only I knew about as well) so I was always able to play with this in mind! One of the strongest points of my side during F8-F5 was that we were all so willing to do whatever it took to save another. Also I know that Riley is a strong player and I would've had to go for her eventually but you guys did me the favor!

I think choosing to vote out Carlee should be a game winning move for me because as you said at the beginning of the question I hit the nail on the head with my reads and this was yet another one that I got right. At the final 4 as I was thinking about everyones games as a whole, I realized that I could account for Ak's and Cassie's votes, moves and relationships at every point in the game but Carlee had some things that I could not account for. The thought of her having a secret game relationship with Missouri loomed over my head and I knew I had to go with my gut and take this chance to cut her before ftc. I think this was the right decision because even during this FTC I'm learning a lot about her game that I didn't know at the time!
