Earning this item will grant you Pete's Speed Dial!
This item is essentially just an ultra-buffed version of Pete's Special Delivery. With this item in your inventory, you can send and receive as many advantages & bells as you want. For any advantages or bells in the possession of someone else that are being sent to to you, there (obviously) must be mutual consent. You cannot steal someone else's things.
This perk has unlimited uses, however it can only be used if the advantage you are trying to transfer can still be played at Tribal Council.
