It really does seem like the vote for who comes back is just a big game of chicken cuz like everyone wants to come back but no one can vote themselves so if people try voting who they think no one else would vote then someone who doesn’t deserve it would just come back

Idk I’m considering just advocating for people to vote who they actually thinks deserves it

but it seems that didn't last

Yeah nah Cristen an Dallas really wanted me dead it was nuts

Like I get trying to blindside me but getting the whole tribe to wall me so I couldn’t play the game was insane

that's what I really hated because they did that to me too

You, Ore, and Vini and then Woofley to an extent, were the only ones who would actually talk to me during my tribal

I really wanted to go after someone else during your tribal but I didn’t want to get accused round 1 of overplaying or flipping on people 😭

Wouldn’t be the best reputation to set for myself

yeah and everyone seemed to be protecting a different person

because like, I could've gotten Ore, Vini, and Woofley to vote someone but I couldn't get Neptune and Kyle to agree with that group on a single name that wasn't my own

so I was just the odd person out

I tried talking to u in like hopes that you would throw a name out earlier and make a push for someone else but ig Cristen just wasn’t the right call

well, I only threw out Cristen once my name was fully out there and I knew there wasn't much to be done

The name I heard prior was Woofley but there was no way I was gonna shop that around

Tbh I just really dislike the garden tribe they’re all insanely passive and refuse to play anything interesting

Like it’s a very close minded hive mind type of tribe

and if we can't think of a name we both like, then oh well

but I also hate leakers and people that run tell people everything

I still can’t believe that everyone so easily believed jiv when he told everyone I was the leaker of the garden people

Like bro messages the 3 exact people who were set to vote for him and uses the first person who responded with what he already knew to copy and paste and tell everyone they were leaking

I regret not just ghosting him then maybe Dallas would’ve been targeted instead of me

yeah, Jiv is such a bear to play with

I’m just chilling, I hard flopped the challenge but I’m taking today to relax cuz I’ve got a busy weekend ahead of me

I was thinking though can I pick your brain about a thought I had about the reward

Yeah of course!

Like I told Riley, I think the extra vote is way more alluring than elimination here, which wasn’t available the challenge I won

Had it been, I probably would’ve picked that over elimination

Right

I think it’s being setup as a high risk high reward thing

Makes you more likely to get back in, but definitely places a target on your back for the more cutthroat players

But then again this is probably the last challenge we have

Yeah that’s my fear. Both that I’m a target because I eliminated someone AND that whoever takes the extra vote will be marked

Like, whoever gets the extra vote won’t get any other votes is my worry

Right

Everyone here wants to play and they may avoid voting someone if they have a guaranteed vote on them

My big thought is what if we narrow the options for the others, when the time comes make them think we’re voting different (useless) people so they will avoid voting those people

That’s a good idea

If they think we’re voting someone in particular it evens the playing field by stretching out the ones who have “guaranteed votes”

In my mind, I think there’s a clear frontrunner right now

Neptune was robbed and has a clear objective if he returns in my mind

Hmm Neptune is possible. I was thinking Drew because everyone loves him

But you’re right about the narrative aspect

Drew is a huge danger most definitely

I remember from the first tribal I noticed everyone talking about how much they loved Drew and “oh anyone but Drew!”

Yeah even though he wasn’t even around that tribal

And given that this distortion group is dominated by garden people

He just has that aura

I think Drew is dangerous

I’ve kind of reached the spot where if I win I’m comfortable taking a shot and Drew is definitely the most sociable in a vacuum

In my narrative mindset Neptune is a good choice but people would really have to think about him and I don’t know if they’re that focused on him

What sucks is I’m one of those Drew simps 😂 so like, could I actually eliminate him

In my eyes Neptune has kind of felt like a young survivor player like Rizo or something

He’s very eager and excited to tell me everything, but is also so ready to play that he tends to let things spill

Eager to a fault at points is how I’d describe it

Riley and Stephen are like. Definitely the back of the pack in my mind. No one really wants the ones who just got out back in

Yeah what worries me about Neptune is he’s not loyal to anyone because he’s just attempting to survive

So like yeah, he’s willing to work with you BUT that means he’s willing to work with everyone else too

He’s like fishpog but won’t throw himself in front of a bus for you

I am absolutely not voting Stephen back in, who essentially quit in my mind

Part of me thinks he’s gonna get automatically disqualified this round he’s been so absent 😭

I wouldn’t hate it because I feel like he’d just vote for Drew anyway

I think a good objective is just like

Take out one of the front runners now
When the vote comes up we both tell people that we’re voting for either Riley or Neptune/Drew (depending on who survives) and with us splitting that between us that narrows their options down to just us

That makes sense!

We’ll have to play around whoever gets out next ofc but I’m not. Too worried.

I want someone who genuinely wants to go back in and I think right now, that’s me, you and Neptune

You were taken out before you could even play, Neptune got blindsided by four stray votes, and I never got to talk to anyone cuz they all ignored me

We all have something to fight for when we return and that’s to be given our proper chance to shine

Like Riley saw the way garden functioned and didn’t take action against it out of spinelessness and Drew is just. Likable I feel like I never actually played with him.

He relies on his reputation as a fun person to do the heavy lifting

But he isn’t actually around a lot

Ok can we talk about that though? Because I genuinely did enjoy our one convo we had before tribal

And I totally get that it wasn’t viable to save me there

I remember and I wish we still had access to the dead chats cuz I remember talking to Woofley saying that I really wanted you to push another name like hours before the tribal for a potential better option

I felt SO BAD 😭

Everyone settled so firmly on you and I wanted some waves to come that never did and everyone just stayed planted

It also sucked because the one person giving me a name that wasn’t mine was Kyle and the names were you and Woofley

And I was like wtf no. I’m not doing that

Yeah Kyle has always been very disingenuous like that

I learned after Riley joined us here that Kyle after telling me he was the main pusher to switch the vote onto Dallas (which they never did) it turns out Kyle was firmly planted on me forever and Riley was the one trying to cause an upset

And that’s why Riley got out

@Enya {S7; S10} I just wanna say that it’s been an honor getting the opportunity to properly play with you, even if we didn’t get the opportunity to while alive all I’ve seen in the distortion world is the exact honest and straightforward player you defined yourself as round 1, and I wish it could be both of us going back so we could have played alive. I’m not gonna tell anyone who I’m voting for cuz I wanna be honorable about this and not try weighing the vote in one direction but you have been the highlight of the distortion world for me so thank you

I’ve been between you and Neptune all day but I feel like I need to vote for you

I’m not going to tell you how to vote since I think you should vote who you believe has earned it and will shake up the game and change the season, I feel the same about you and Neptune since Neptune was my best friend within the game but you’ve shown me the exact kind of player you are and worked harder than anyone to be in this vote

Neptune told me he’s voting me and told me specifically not to vote for you

He said he was between me and Riley

Well this definitely isn’t true I haven’t heard a thing about Riley

That’s why I felt like he was blowing smoke up my ass

Neptune is voting for me and trying to keep votes off of me so he will have the highest likelihood of coming back

I was under the impression it was essentially me vs you vs Neptune

Now Riley is telling me that Neptune is telling her he’s voting for her

At this point I feel like I should just vote fucking Saturn and leave it up to God
