too many abstains and too many ppl not doing the comps throughout the season

for every comp you skip out on you get a "scolding"

this essentially is a strike 💀

one scolding/strike is a slap on the wrist
two scoldings/strikes is a penalty vote
three scoldings/strikes you are med-evac'd

that said

if you are genuinely just incredibly busy throughout the whole challenge period

let a prod member know and you will be fine

but we got to raise challenge participation up!!!
