#1. | Speeches

I truly wanted to go to the end with You, Cristen, and Virgo. If the vote went like planned and Katie went home. I would go for Kyle first then Tiff. I didn't lie when I said I would go to the end with you.

This is the last season of Fiovivor and I wanted to pay you back for the kindness you showed to me not only this season, but especially season eight. I have played with deception in this game a few times but everything I told you was always the truth. There is a world where bringing you to the end is a bad idea but I don't think I could do that to you again. If this is the wrong answer I apologize but it is the truth.

I could tell how much getting to the end meant to you and after all the work you have put in after so many seasons and if we were in the FTC together I would absolutely try my best and would not hold back.

@Marionette {S4; S10} I believe my game would be like Sara from YTTD!

Coming into this season I was one of the younger people but also like Sara, I was young and mity. Just like Sara I was able to form strong connections with almost everyone I talked too. But not only that I was able to bring people together.

She started off shy and a bit in the background but like me started to emerge as somebody who shouldn't be messed with. Like when Sara picked up the gun for the roulette game, when I had my run of the safety chain, your tribal, and brents tribal. People started to notice that I was confident and can handle myself and make moves in this game.

But more importantly Sara never gave up, when she had lost Joe (Riley/Ore) it only made her stronger. (if you took the kanna route at least) I have had a couple of emotional moments in this game like Sara but also like her I have put so much effort into this game from start to finish.

I think another character from YTTD that represented my gameplay was Gin Ibushi. He was also underestimated but he ended up contributing and being one of the most helpful people in the death game.

Despite being the youngest one there he was always there for people like Sara, and willingly took risks to help his allies get farther into the game.

I have one last thing I would like to share before I go to bed. I made a video that discussed a bit of my social strategy coming into the game. (there is a discord ping in the video that i am afraid picked up from my mic, so it was me not you! xD)

so it is time to throw some of my silly finalists under the bus

Today when we were all in VC waiting for jury questioning to open Cristen made a comment saying how she didn't want the jury to ask questions like "What was a move in the game that you did all on your own." She said that there wasn't that much that happened this season but I politely disagree and I would loved to be ask that question by a juror.

A Compilation of moves that I did without outside help (or at least very minimum)

1. Marionette Vote - I am 100% confident that I was the main factor of Marionette going home that vote. Nobody had said too much during that day because most of tribal talked happened during the last few hours. I reached out both to Enya and Bazz, and then came to you Kyle and Katie about it. I was then able to get Ore and Vini involved because they had heard that Marionettes name was going around. The people I just named including me are already 7/13 votes.

2. Auction - The Auction was one of the most pivitol moments of my game. I was able to get the immunity gauge boost and the shot in the dark. Getting that immunity gauge boost gave me so much leverage in the end game. I was able to make it to the Final 6 before it finally became a public discussion by Katie in the tribal chat during the 3-3 vote. But despite having Final Four Immunity on LOCK I was able to convince others it was a better idea for me to stay. (which i had cristen and virgo who would go to rocks for me.)

3. Keeping my Alliance Safe in the Safety Chain - Virgo wanted you safe Kyle but I was highly concerned for Vini because if I gave it to you Kyle Vini may not have been saved through the safety chain. Thankfully, you were okay with not having the chain at that very moment and I was able to orchestrate a plan for Vini to give the safety to Ore. (this alliance was known as "fishpogs favorites" I believed I played the safety-chain the best possible way I could and it was something I wanted to mention because I didn't have room in my opening speech.

I was running out of silly word limit, but a big reason I decided to go after Marionette is because I knew that people were going after Ore. Marionette had a good chance of going against Ore compared to other people that were left so I believed that it would be the correct decision.

@Bazz {S2; S5; S6; S8; S10} hi bazz you and vini being #1s gagged like you guys did your big one 😂

honestly, if i were to change the outcome of one vote this season, it would’ve absolutely been the neptune vote where i had pushed for penelope instead and he left 4-3-2-1. there are some moments in the merge you could argue i’d want to change the outcome of but i feel like my game had the trajectory of falling upwards where i caught steam the further it went on and repositioned well. i think losing neptune early was such a deficit for me because i feel like he was somebody that actively looked out for me as much as possible since we solidified our bond with me saving him at the very first tribal of the season. i’m someone that will play a very loyal game and i feel like had i been able to make the penelope vote work OR been willing to compromise more with garden instead of putting (sometimes) blind faith into your tribe, i could’ve been able to play cleaner and get what i wanted.

i think in the beginning, i was rather trigger happy on old school to disrupt power structures on garden side of things, which meant shoving some of my og tribe members in the process and ultimately it resulted in an underdog arc from me. neptune, i think being the one i took the greatest hit from early because i don’t think anybody quite ever prioritized me that much for the rest of the game except for dallas and even then anybody associated with me sort of got flagged so i think in the beginning of this game i got a little too greedy and it took a while for me to build back the emporium come merge 🤧🤧

moving forward, i just do think had i been more willing to compromise early rather than play as aggressively as i did, my threat level would’ve neutralized itself naturally instead of what we saw happen and my options actually would’ve probably opened a lot more instead of me having to adapt and rebuild so much constantly

@Marionette {S4; S10} i love this question! if i were to compare myself to a character from a death game as far it pertains to my gameplay this season, i’d absolutely compare myself most to shuichi saihara from v3. it’s gonna sound pretty bleak but i feel like along the way i had lost a lot of people important me especially taking a hit early with neptune (and you could also argue griffin, dallas, saturn) which is comparable in the way he lost his closest person.

my gameplay got shifted into an underdog position quickly but i genuinely made the most of it come the merge by working with new people such as you, virgo and tiff who are people i should’ve had no connection to since i came from garden old school and you guys were undead new school but i actively put that work in to become very central as a number to different plans in the merge. i immediately gravitated to you after you saved me in the safety chain and while the plan to save you had fallen apart, i quickly latched onto virgo where the plan of tiff targeting me at that vote came back to me. so i took her to the cabin and it ended up paying off me in that i now had a locked in connection with both her and virgo that would pretty much guarantee my safety to the endgame. there were no numbers or way the votes would line up to get me out not because i was perceived as this “goat” but because i’d actively built many bridges for myself and used information to guide me the same way shuichi does!

i never always had dominance or control but i didn’t need to because i had strong social awareness and like shuichi, i see myself as very adaptable and someone that wins in a slowburn way where i have built up my game to have late clarity and the correct reads at the right time rather than just outwardly having that agency from the jump. i always felt like the more time went on the more my decisions mattered.

On my original season I was actually almost voted out multiple times pre-merge, and almost first. The reason was I was so focused on who should go home and why, I didn't make the social connections I needed to stay. To prevent me from lacking social connections like last season I started as soon as possible. In Marooning I immediately made sure that I was going to be in multiple alliances before the tribes were even set. I joined the Marooning VC so often because it was the only place where you could talk in private, and if somebody said something private I would be there to hear it. I had formed a bond with Vini and Virgo because our names all were at the end of the cast list. We had talked about working together and this actually became a real alliance during the merge. Secondly, me and Riley became really close in the Marooning VC. I still cherish Riley so much and if it wasn't for her I wouldn't have had the SWOP or lightning staff.

Another flaw of my game last season is that I was incredibly inflexible. On my original season I would only have one plan and I sticked to it even if the ship sank. But on this season I made sure to have back-up plans. For example, socially wise if things went wrong on the Garden Tribe I could flip over to Brent, Saturn, and Stephen because I had bonded with Brent during marooning and I had made strong connections with Saturn and Stephen during the Greed Challenge. Then, during the merge I was able to make sure I had a shot in the dark at the ready if somebody had played an idol. Finally, I had the immunity gauge in case I became a target at the final four.

I went from an unprepared stubborn mess to a flexible prepared Woofley. I became better socially, strategically, and even physically. But there was actually something from my season that I wanted to bring back to this season. I drew clear lines in the sand. I was able to tell people like Virgo that I still want to work with him while also working with his enemy (Ore) I (1/2)

@Bazz {S2; S5; S6; S8; S10} for your trust ranking guesses for F13 i got:

Vini > Cristen > Sylvia > Virgo > Brent > Marionette > Tiff > Woofley > Kyle > Katie > Enya > Ore

I think there's a clear gap between the top & bottom half, with maybe me straddling the middle. Within this divide can come more intricate differences, like u maybe putting virgo above sylvia, or u putting enya above katie. Ore I feel confident was your least trusted, & you had to REALLY trust sylvia since I think she told you an Ore vote wouldn't work last minute. Brent had a wildcard element that you only somewhat trusted, but thought could give you some utility (as seen by you trying to save him next round). Generally you were low on New School Garden, with maybe woofley being your best connection since you didnt vote her out in S8

(2/2) Then was clear to Sylvia that even though I have had nothing but positive interactions with her, working together wouldn't make sense for my game. I also made this clear with Brent who I was openly against in this game. That made it to where people trusted me because "woofley is going after brent, not me! yay!!! :D"

I was proud of my win on Season 8 but I believe that I have played a far more advanced and enchanced version of my old game. This was Woofley 2.0 and she came FULL FORCE!!!!!!

Something I felt I needed to work on was taking more of an assertive stance. My S4 game was taking advantage of opportunies whenever they were given to me, but it was rare I created those opportunities myself. I admittedly view my S4 game as passive as a result, which was the main thing i wanted to work on. And ultimately, I think my voice mattered a lot more this time around, because I wasn't sitting around & waiting for things to happen. If I could, I was trying to influence my surroundings & the vote itself (influenced marionette going, sylvia going, bazz going & making people take ME to final tribal from lack of options)

Another thing I had to learn from was knowing who to cut & WHY, since at F5, I voted out Georgia due to the fear of a double-idol bluff from Emp. Not only did emp not have a single idol, voting out Georgia took out an incredibly easy beat in the end, guaranteeing that I lost. It had an interesting follow up this szn when Katie was bluffing having an idol at 6, she's the Emp here. But I didnt make the same mistake I did last time, & voted out the bluffer who was also a big threat to win. That's me avenging my past mistakes & making sure I don't repeat my history of defeat.

due to the word limit, I felt like I wasn't able to get super deep into the Riley vote. it only got brief mentions in my speech, so I was hoping a juror (like Ore) would ask me to go more in-depth about it, & why/how i maneuvered that round.

So to go into it: For the past few rounds, I didn't feel the best about Riley/Ore. Riley was giving me almost nothing to work with, while Ore was obviously trying to keep his cards private (I think to the Kebab round where he didn't want to vote Stephen out, but he said it in this "I'm gonna feel things out for other plans" tone that felt... odd). There was also him trying to be on everyone's good side, so I couldn't properly gauge how much he trusted me (the way he handled safari info was the most obvious reason. He said Neptune left in my 1on1, & the VERY NEXT MESSAGE in this server was him saying the exact same thing... but in tribe chat).

However, during the joint tribal, I managed to get a SUPER good convo in with Ore, where we addressed where we coulda been faltering trust-wise, & made strides in improving our relationship, & I viewed him as an ally as a result of the convo. This is the kind of thing I wish I spoke more about in Connecting, since without it being pointed out in there, it could've easily been forgotten.

On the other hand, Riley kept going nowhere for me, so she had to go. Majority was on her, that's GREAT, keep it that way! But I start hearing through the grapevine about this Ore vote, with the origin point likely being some mixture of Riley/Virgo/Sylvia (potentially Katie too in retrospect). I wasn't about to vote out the guy i JUST rebuilt bridges with, so I decided to take a firm stance that Riley should go, & if Ore saw that & viewed me even better for protecting him as a result, nice bonus. The angle I went for was Sylvia's half-idol, since it was heavily rumored to still be in, & I had heard Sylvia was the first person to throw out Ore's name via Katie. If Sylvia wanted Ore out, I wanted her to use that half-idol so that in the event Ore was gone, applying pressure on not flipping; seizing off the half-idol paranoia to get what I want. Virgo in retrospect just wanted to save Riley since they were close, but my voice came out on top for that round, cuz he backed down.

@Enya {S7; S10} so i think we both know that my s7 game is wildly different than this one. 😂 in panem, we saw a cristen that often acted passively rather than in best interest. i had a decently unproblematic path to the end but i wasn’t able to convince a jury i was deserving of the win through means of chatgpt 🤖 and also just not having the words to describe how good my positioning was in that season unlike here where i have played in my best interest every single round, only sitting back on the unanimous votes when i feel they made sense for my game.

in my interview, i expressed that i wanted to make moves that always benefitted me first and i didn’t want to play for placrment. i wanted to have allies but make sure that events worked out in my favor over them which is something i’ve struggled with in the past since i love to do gamethrower’s gambit. i wanted to play to win which involved taking some huge risks where in panem i had only taken a couple such as the f13 jessica vote to save quartz and the f6 vote to attempt to save inisra where you idoled though that would not have done me any good in the end.

i think this time around, i ironed out my mistakes by actively sticking my neck out for my allies which i was hoping you’d now know i did with neptune, rallying troops to throw strays on kyle at f12 (which would’ve been a huge move had brent not been as stubborn as he was), crafting the f8 plan on katie myself, and then my biggest move being the one to convince tiff to send katie home in the f6 revote felt like seeing my arc come full circle that i would always actively chase power and control, rather than be a reactive player that i was in panem. i remember you told me that season that many felt i had lacked initiative and i think i have proved this season that initiative was the strongest part of my gameplay. not sitting back and accepting outcomes like many have, but always willing to try and take risks to do something about a plan i didn’t like even if there was a chance of it going wrong, i always have aimed for big shots that benefitted me more than any player making the move with me and when it needed to matter the most in the endgame, it did.

I only know danganronpa so im gonna say Tsumugi from V3. Putting the explanation in spoilers

She had this slick, utr style gameplay that provably let her get away with muder. She had built up this unassuming persona which I think my game shares, people underestimated her game until she revealed the curtain. Also helps that just like me, she made it to the finale TWICE, our formulas for success worked. We knew how to get shit done while not gaining threat status.

Only difference is i have an actual personality & tsumugi doesn't. That's a skill issue on her end

@Kyle {S7; S10} honestly the question you asked is so thoughtful it really leaves room for people to elaborate on their game the most cause sometimes people don’t always read the speeches!

i think there is a question i would’ve loved to been asked the most. i can’t tell you which juror specifically but i would’ve loved to have been asked what specifically makes my game stand out more than woofley and tiff’s since i did not mention it in my speech due to word limit constraints.

i think what makes my game stand out compared to TIFF is that my game directly juxtaposes hers because of the f6 vote. i would argue that the reason me and her built up a good relationship, while it was mutually beneficial to our game (and we were gonna 2-1-1 virgo at 4 since this king wanted to pull a fast one on me ly), i think i laid the groundwork for this by taking her to the cabin. i felt like after that you/katie would have no way to target me and i already was close with virgo, bazz, and vini and bridging them together through me. but it gave me a lot of leeway for the f6 revote since me and tiff had been discussing ftc scenarios. i’m like okay you/katie are pushing this me/woofley/virgo ftc narrative i’m breaking that immediately and getting out of the bad rock odds by logicing her. in which i felt way better cutting your/katie’s chances of making it to ftc completely and making it to where i was locked to make it there while still making a phenomenal endgame move. and i think having tiff here directly helps MY campaign more than it would’ve for anybody else specifically.

i think what makes my game stand out compared to WOOFLEY is that while i think she had a more stable path, i think i actively threw myself in the fire on multiple occasions to get my most ideal outcome and paved my own unique path through being the last old school member by f6. i think there are moments where she folded to different outcomes happening without doing much about it, such as riley and ore leaving, whereas i never let my allies go without a fight once i knew they were in danger. it could come down to a personal preference between playstyles, but i do think i overcame the most adversity and positioned myself CONSISTENTLY better to not be targeted as compared to woofley who did get targeted multiple times, even though we both voted minority. when she was in the f6 revote, she was going to stay because either we’d go to rocks or i was trying my hardest to flip tiff against katie but i think this still demonstrates how much power i had over both of them in that moment because she sort of had to be a sitting duck while i told tiff what i wanted to happen. not to mention, my bonds to virgo, vini, and bazz were always going to work out for me in this endgame over her.

the reality is i believe my ftc opponents’ spots in the ftc are pretty conditional but mine was always pretty set in stone because of the work i put in. (; thank you so much for asking!!!

@Katie {S9; S10} okay i don’t want to copy paste a whole page but i think the most important part of my speech was the beautiful transition of

f11 taking tiff to the cabin separate from what you/sylvia wanted because i knew from virgo/bazz she was targeting me so i wanted to lock in a connection that kept me safe for the rest of the game -> to having that power/agency at the f6 revote to influence her to cut you and then the beautiful middles that prove that i was never leaving this game not because i was ever dormant, but because of my strong social game and positioning!!!

tiff telling me about her legacy advantage and virgo giving me his ender pearl as well at f7 i think just sort of proved that i had the most options in the midgame and could never really be sniped out. the people trusted me

i have been debating responding to this or not but the only thing i will say is that i feel like if you asked riley and ore they would not tell you i "didn't do much" to protect them during their vote out. i certainly did not "let them go without a fight"

for ore specifically i had done a large amount of things to make sure he was safe. such as shutting his name down during the first tribal and the tribals after that. and at ores tribal when i learned he was receiving votes i spam pinged him immediately when i found out to use a weapon

First, I think the part of my speech that best describes the core of my game was actually the beginning. I was able to form connections and alliance with most of the tribe on Day 1 and shortly after I was able to create a back-up plan with Saturn/Stephen/Brent if my alliances had crashed or turned on me. My game was all about forming connections with people even if I wasn't necessarily working with them. Even though I played this game with deception I made clear lines as time went on such as telling you Katie that working with you would not be ideal for my game near the end. This also applies to Brent, and Sylvia which I made clear. The reason I was able to make these clear lines in the sand is that I confidently knew I could do that because I trusted my allies which I had at the time in all of those scenarios.

The shift in my game then came when the auction rolled around. When I had won the immunity gauge I was able to form a clear roadmap in my head of want I wanted to do to get to the end. Even though there were a few bumps in the road such as Bazz going and Vini getting idoled out. I was able to use one of the multiple back-up plans I had to ensure that I had people who would take me to rocks at the final six and get me to Final Tribal Council where I am today.

@Ore {S8; S10} hey ore, honestly i do not blame you for not enjoying playing with me. i played a very active and scrappy game and yes, when i talked about why the tribes were split the way they were i did mention that you/kebab/woofley worked very well in victory road so it was probably split the way it was to avoid pregames since there were hero of the season players on the villains tribe. so i did say i thought you guys could be an alliance! i also said the same about s9 with riley/katie/virgo that it could be something to look out for. i thought this was pretty fair game to mention since any type of dynamics can be noted especially in all stars so it’s not using out of universe things against anyone. i also tried to push the narrative of a winner’s alliance too ftr! after swinging to save neptune at the first tribal to get the vote onto enya, i definitely at multiple points on vc’s and in conversations pushed other dynamics and alliances that could take the heat off of me and not have me attached in any groups since i wanted to be seen as fluid and a number.

also, i absolutely am going to use events to my advantage when i end up on the wrong side of the votes so i can manage my threat level and perception better which i think paid off in dividends especially later on as the game progressed. i think the complaining i did sort of added onto the perception i got where people wanted to take me to the end because they almost didn’t take me seriously and i was able to eventually turn that into actual agency come the midgame portion.

i would say i definitely was an underdog this season and had an arc of falling upwards as the season went on 😭 i lost so many allies in dallas, neptune, saturn and griffin mk all early and i always typically try to attach myself to 1-2 people so i can slot myself into a firemaking scenario if anything happened. but what happened with my underdog status is that i still had my social game and it gave me a ton of options because i was so insistent on not lying to vini again after old school and kept to that promise, so i knew i’d have him. i knew i’d have bazz because we’d been close since old school. i knew that katie/kyle would need options at some point so i could bank on that in the mid-merge. i knew tiff and me sort of needed each other to keep the votes off of each other since we bonded from the cabin at f11. i think the f6 is obviously the best example of that which i’ve covered here that demonstrated my underdog arc turning into actual agency by getting tiff to flip in the revote. losing my allies didn’t mean i didn’t have bonds or options. almost every person on this merge needed me at some point especially later on and i think being the last old school member at f6 is really impressive with connections to people you’d never think i would because we had just met at the merge.

ORE!!! To be honest with you the Final 11-7 was a mess for me. I obviously did not know that you were going Ore until the last couple of minutes. From my point of view people threw Kyle and your name last second because they didn't want Sylvia to go home. I was not aware because people saw us as a duo and I had a risk of leaking if I found out. I then spam pinged you asking you to use a ribeye but since it was about a minute left I wasn't thinking clearly and made you use a ribeye on Sylvia (who i should have known was voting you) I knew everything that went down at the Final 10 because I had used my SWOP. Almost everyone in the cast ran to me after I had gotten back because like I mentioned in my speech mostly everyone saw me as a friend and not a foe. After that I knew that Sylvia was going home (even though there was an idol risk) It was the calm after the storm after the past two tribals, it was a mostly unanimous agreement on Sylvia going even though there were stray votes. The Vini tribal council was a crazy one because I did not know that Vini was going to get idoled out by only 2 votes and if I had known that I would try to put more votes on Tiff. This was not a round I preformed well in but it did make me realize I needed to turn on Katie/Kyle if I wanted the best odds at Final Tribal Council. Next was the Bazz vote and I had gotten Cristen, Bazz, Virgo, and me to come together to come up with a plan. I knew that it was either going to be Katie going or Virgo or Bazz who would receive votes. It was a 50/50 gamble and was the last time weapons could be used was that tribal and I overthought it.

This was the biggest flaw of my game. And I am truly sorry that I wasn't able to save you at the Final 11. While I had a good read on who was connected to who socially and strategically I struggled to know where the votes would land in the end.

Wasn't there for F11, I just used it to build rapport with Cristen. F🔟 immediately put that to the test since this is when virgo/i first went at it, virgo was making hard pushes to get me out. Made the most of my Cristen connection, locked in for a second with Bazz, I made myself more desirable to keep around than Enya (who admittedly, i had no control over enya specifically being the vote, that's a katie thing im p sure).

F9️⃣ was about maintaining the numbers & not letting an Enya voter go, or else my game spins out of control. This meant making sure a Kyle blindside didnt go through (& it was in the works), keeping the vote on Sylvia.

F8️⃣ woofley gives virgo a staff to block my vote, but both sides (katie/kyle vs cristen/vini) didnt want to vote me out for my utility. They saw me as someone they could work with, as an ally even, so when I was heavily pushed as a name, they both went out of their way to save me, which lead to the vote ACTUALLY being between Katie/Vini.

F7️⃣ I stuck with Katie/Kyle, sensing that if i voted them out now, I wouldn't even make Final 4, & I had to change that. With Bazz gone, it became a lot easier for me to navigate, & it felt a lot safer to flip on Katie/Kyle knowing I'd have a better cushion than before. Bazz/Cristen/Woofley/Virgo tried counteropping that tribal with a ribeye & zigzag use, but me/katie/kyle knew bazz could ribeye, so voting for him ALSO cancelled the ribeye. A zigzag was used for some fuckass reason

As for my biggest strength/weakness:

Biggest strength: Positioning. I was trying to set myself up so that if you wanted something done, if you wanted to flip the script, make a #BigMove, you had to get me involved, & I would decide if ur move was the right idea &/or time. I knew Katie/Kyle had to go at some point, but I held the hourglass that determined their time. If i felt they shouldn't go, I tried to keep them around! But when I was ready to flip, the other people had to get me on their side, otherwise they faced a disadvantage in rocks. It's like playing the longcon, setting yourself up to have a good future

Biggest weakness: I was gullible asf 💀. That tone was set IMMEdIATELY with the evie vote, which I thought was on Stephen until the final minutes. It didn't exactly improve as time went on, it could take someone a good convo for me to immediately skyrocket them in my trust rankings & view them as an ally (Bazz i went thru this phase TWICE 😭 ✌️). And as good as it was that cristen/vini/kyle/katie all didnt want me out, they also didnt tell me what the fuck was going on there, i was SEVERELY left in the dark, I only knew what happened after vini left

& then the point of avenging you & how that storyline was continue throughout the merge

I wanted you at LEAST in my Final 4, if not at Final Tribal, so ur exit was a major shock to my game & required me to shift gears a lot. & since i knew Virgo was the main man behind it, & he'd been wanting you out for rounds prior, it felt like the end of me/virgo being cooperative. Atleast part of it on Virgo's end was he thought u were boring asf, he held a particular issue about your fondness of beyblades for some reason.

But the storyline was primarily built up through Kyle, because he loved us both, he saw me/virgo's split as a family divorce, he didn't want to pick sides. I was highkey annoyed he didnt want Virgo out at first but went "alright, fair enough, can't hold it against you that much, he did save you after all", showing understanding. Yet when Kyle didn't vote me out at 8, Virgo got rlly mad, saying they wouldn't be friends post-szn, JUST FOR NOT VOTING ME OUT (Virgo didn't vote me out either ftr). Permanent rift was caused between Kyle/Virgo, & it led to Kyle wanting Virgo out for personal reasons for every round after, culminating in virgo getting idoled out.

If me/virgo never clashed, if i wasn't trying to avenge you, Kyle doesnt take out Virgo whatsoever, he would've voted HIMSELF out before doing me or virgo

i thought i would share you guys some fun underrated moments i had this season because this season has been kind of a negative fest and it is time for some wholesome fun

1. Funerals with Vini - I had this running bit with Vini about holding funerals for people so I have videos of Enya, Riley, and Sylvia.

2. Emoji Talk with Katie - Okay so me Kyle and Katie were in an alliance and Katie got the punishment WHERE SHE COULD ONLY TALK IN EMOJIS XD so i made a list of key words and players and eventually letters as an emoji so she could talk to us through her punishment SMELSKSMSKSKSK

3. Overwatch with Katie - that was genuinely the most fun i had all season and I WANT TO PLAY OVERWATCH WITH YOU AGAIN!!! xD

4. Barnabus - having the old guy as my pfp was a whole lot of fun actually, i changed my confessional where i roleplayed as an old man so you guys can look at that after the season if you wanna laugh ❤️

5. Ore finding out the feminism alliance was genuinely so funny and I think i laughed so much out of both panic and fear but also joy because it was so funny

6. And finally playing hangman and 2 truths and a lie with kyle during and after the round of final 6 xD

@Ore {S8; S10} ok so to explain what happened at f6 it was basically always gonna be six chungus vs me, woofley, and virgo in the vote and we actually had our votes on kyle until the last 5 minutes when virgo convinced us to switch to katie LOL which was such a save because in the revote it was way more likely tiff would flip on katie than kyle. we always expected rocks anyway that round. but i really wasn’t willing to go down without a fight because we had bad rocks odds and i think me specifically flipping on woofley there and having katie, kyle, and tiff in f5 with an idol just wasn’t great because it leaves me as someone to be goated to the end with a good chance that one or all of them would make ftc so after my initial argument of you are on the bottom of that trio didn’t work because they’re like well you’re just trying to get woofley/you/virgo ftc and i’m like nah i’d vote woofley out at 5 and then kyle out at 4 if we did katie here which tbh i would’ve taken either to ftc but i definitely pitched this hard in the revote and the reason why it worked coming from me is because i had spent most of the merge building a bond with tiff after i took her to the cabin because i found out she was targeting me and then after that we sort of leaned on each other for the rest of the game so that we didn’t get targeted from our “sides”. i just feel like it paid off at the most at f6 and i honestly think and hope i’d get best move for it seeing as woofley couldn’t do much in that scenario either since it was 3-3 but my work really paid off in that moment from bonds carried over earlier.

i just think it’s the most impressive part of my game besides forming bonds with new school undead to the point where they told me their advantages or even temporarily handed them to me but basically after you left that’s where my game got the most steam i feel

@Ore {S8; S10} i think that’s a fair way to look at it. i would also agree that i’m way more of a social player but this season i definitely was a bit more strategic this time around especially in comparison to s7. i do think my social game is still probably the strongest aspect of my game in most orgs (and i mean i had like 5k dms with saturn, 3k with vini and bazz, 2k with dallas and brent i think here)

however, i do think me not being the most connected player didn’t really hurt my game in the long run because i could always just rebuild those connections or find new connections elsewhere across the board when people needed a number. i agree with your read that i was on the bottom at f14 and f13 so i didn’t necessarily have the same web of connections as say woofley who did but that i don’t think this ruined my design, because i did still have relationships or at least my goal was just not being the easy person to target. which is where the whole “plan b” comes in because i feel like my plan b was actually making sure my name would never stick when it came up. to my knowledge my name only ever really came up at one point in this season.

only one time was i ever considered as a genuine vote plan in this game and that was by tiff at f13 which i was immediately informed of by bazz and then later virgo. other than that the only votes i received all season were at the f24 tribal from enya and the f12 tribal where somebody (please reveal yourself 😭) used a zigzag on me and bazz, so only 1.5 votes against me all season. but once i did knew that tiff tried to target me that’s why i made sure to lock in with her so there’d be no chances of it happening again. i think the way i played the game with the exploiting and complaining was definitely a way to lower my threat level and perception which amounted to the “biggest ftc goat” thing in touchy subjects.

but honestly when things went right for me i wouldn’t call them lucky. i think it was my positioning and adaptability. i may not have had the most connections coming into merge but i definitely had a web of influence with the right people at the right times which was because i was consistently maneuvering. being in different voting blocs from the old school tribals and playing fluidly i would say compared to woofley who had that influence that did not always convert to game control or tiff who needed to be convinced at certain points.

so i hope i have convinced you why my game wasn’t like things worked when they went right for me but rather me making sure the window was open and me being the one best positioned to take advantage of it.

I strongly believe that I did a great amount with my position from start to finish. On the first tribal council I had an alliance with you, and the girls alliance. Your name had actually come up for the vote but I shut that down immediately. This is where I want to point out that I was able to protect my allies by my strong position in the game. My opinion held a lot of weight for vote discussion so when I went up to people and said "I'm not doing Ore, or I'm not doing Virgo." People stepped down.

I was the person who orchestrated the Katie vote at F7. I joined the VC with Cristen and Virgo and they were talking about how it was probably one of them going. I jumped in and hyped them up and went "guys if we work together we will be okay." I created the alliance of Virgo, Bazz, Cristen, and Me. I was also the person who jumped onto Marionette. During that vote I had threw out her name so you could go farther in the game with me. I was willing to take risks with my position I gave Virgo the staff of lightning, and even though people realized I was lying my position was still so strong I didn't get consequences for it.

And because of my strong positioning I was able to keep you and Vini safe during the safety chain instead of Kyle was because I had those connections with both sides of the game. I found a way to keep you safe Ore, when I received it from Virgo who was against you most of the game.

The reason my positioning was so strong is I was able to discuss votes with people and be on their side while also having a target in mind. If I disagreed with a vote suggestion they had I let them know my thoughts, and I'm not going to say I orchestrated and masterminded every vote in the game because that would be a lie. But I believe I have orchestrated the most plans out of the people sitting next to me today. The only time in the game I would sit back is if the exact person I wanted to go home was going.

@Ore {S8; S10} the only thing Cristen said that you can ARGUE convinced me was saying the idol hunt was found. My logic for that round was based on the idol & who could have it, & if Katie (or kyle) owned the idol, then they couldn't make 5️⃣. And Cristen didnt convince Katie to try & bluff the idol, Katie did that on her own volition; if anything, KATIE influenced me more than Cristen did. So no, it doesnt take away from the flip, I was still thinking on my own during all of it, I still made my own choice. The thought process is on this slide

As for if Katie/Kyle/Virgo was a winnable F5️⃣, maybe? Katie/Kyle are a FUCK no, but virgo committed a lot of social faux pas that led to a tanked reputation, he wasn't well received in the game. He had some guaranteed jury votes, but I think I stand as much a chance against him at ftc as i do woofley. if i end up losing to woofley, then it's just as likely I lose to Virgo.

@Vini {S1; S6; S10} If i had the power, I was gonna shut down any Ore plan until endgame, our vibes were excellent, we were working together, & I'm not gonna let go of an ally if i have the power to stop it. & I already showed to hold that power. I think I still clash heavily with Virgo (our relationship probably falls apart either way) bc the issue of him targeting Ore isn't going away. I think what happens is you swap ore with cristen & the season very well plays the same

That being said, Me/Cristen largely started our trust through the cabin, so if she's gone, I can see myself trying to target her. Kyle was an even worse person to let go, I was never gonna hop on that at 11, but i could see myself settling with the Sylvia vote. Katie/Kyle had also mentioned Enya be thrown out as a name, & it's a neutral option i woulda been meh to, but i prob just try & keep it on Sylvia. The half idol would have scared Kyle (it already did for that round), but im gonna be like "call the bluff, she's not gonna idol, she hasnt before when she was in danger, she's not gonna do it now". Just so long as we dont say we're voting for her we'll be fine

the premerge ones aren’t really that relevant except for the drew tribal where i did up cosigning a boot on him because i thought he was in a great position on our original tribe same as you 🙂‍↕️ so i didn’t know if there was another alliance or power structure but i definitely wanted to chip away at it in any case. i voted enya at f24 over neptune because neptune was my original #1 on garden. both of these i think actively did benefit me at the time because it gave me the informational edge on old school. i tried to swing for penelope twice because i thought she was doing too much so as an ally i saw that as unreliable and i hit the second time 🧍‍♀️

f13: voted ore over marionette because marionette saved me in the safety chain i do think this one would’ve benefitted me had it worked out because i wasn’t sure where ore’s head was at gamewise but also i don’t think i had too much to lose atp because i was on the bottom. definitely a round that was my weakest in the game.
f12: voted kyle over brent i really wish brent strategized with me here because this would’ve been a giant move rather than us throwing stray votes and not have the backing bc he tunneled on woofley but i did get the chance to reposition at f11. either way i think it shows my tenacity rather than others playing reactively or tunneling.
f11: the cabin 💤 😴 though this benefitted me the most having a connection with tiff who i didn’t trust at all before and obviously would be a centerpiece for the rest of my game and safety
f10 + f9: voted enya and sylvia this is when me, bazz, katie, and kyle had a truce which stuck through to f8 i think and i honestly think it benefited me to stick to this because it gave me security and i was able to take out outliers to my game that could’ve been impossible to take out later and shove my own ftc spot out
f8, f7: voted katie we both tried getting katie twice and unfortunately fell short due to advantage plays and mismanagement but obviously this would’ve benefitted us the most had it worked. i think i did the most leg work in order for the blindside to happen at f8 bridging you and virgo together and you and bazz both left these tribals. i knew i’d be safe because of my connection to tiff. honestly we did the most we could’ve i think the zigzag was 😭 a decision but i was definitely vocal about that. i felt like i was constantly restructuring relationships and bridging players who weren’t really together that much before to make blindsides happen basically.
f6: voted katie and pushed this on revote, demonstrating my agency in a fast moment where my social credit with tiff had basically cashed in
and then the 2 votes after that were gonna be kyle and virgo! the 2-1-1 on virgo at 4 would’ve gagged but we ended up getting what we wanted anyways!!
basically these tribals show that i definitely adapted to outcomes throughout the season, took calculated swings when i needed to and always had the connections to do so!!!

a word i’d use to describe the season is rough because it was basically giving me backshots from hell i think ore had described it and a word i’d use to describe my game is tenacious. in a situation like mine where i do think most would’ve given up i definitely did not i somehow found the motivation each tribal to get up and play the game which is not something a lot of people can say at the end of the day. i think this season was definitely the hardest game i’ve had to play just in terms of the fact i did have to put so much work in even when i lost so much but i persisted anyways and seeing that finally pay off in the midgame was so worth sticking it through. (,: and even making it to this point. and i do think both of these words go in tandem because it perfectly summarizes the david arc i had

Word to describe season: draining. We were tired, beaten down, exhausted, ready for this thing to end since Totem Grab (if not earlier!). Playing this season was having your soul exit your body as you get increasingly more fed up with everything.

Word to describe my game: Precise. I was trying to line things up so that im not only fine, but that others cant vote me out so I'd be fine. That kind of planning & plotting requires precision, the ability to nail it when you're ready to strike, & the ability to hold back when it's too early. You don't want to prefire

do they overlap: Not exactly? i think the katie tribal was the only time i felt the precision drain me of energy, since it came with a lot of stress/pressure in the final minutes of the revote, but I had to nail the precision in not only getting Katie out, but showing I was the piece needed to make it happen. Vanity searching was a bit upsetting because I feel like there were some comments made that were borderline ableist. But to the people who said that....I won and you didn't!
