This competition is called...

In the Gen 4 games, a new mechanic was introduced which split moves into two categories.

Physical, which dealt damage based on physical attack.

Special, which dealt damage based on special attack.

Quite similarly, this competition will be split into two mini-competitions!

Why am I doing this?

Both tribes will attend Tribal Council and vote somebody out of the game this episode.

Two players on each tribe will win @Individual Immunity, one from each competition!

The physical challenge is a standard Individual Immunity competition. Further instructions await you when you begin!

When you are ready to compete for immunity, begin the challenge by entering the command !f22-physical in your submissions. You will have two tasks;

- Counting
- Puzzle

Again, you will recieve further instructions once you run the command. If I had to guess, it should be a 10-25 minute sit-down for the challenge depending on your skill level?

for anyone unfamiliar, an ice puzzle looks something like this. it's essentially a maze, but when you move in a direction, you go that direction until you hit a wall.

you'll need an image editing software of some kind to be able to complete this challenge, if that isn't clear! and also, there's no command necessary to lock in your time or anything. just upload the image and you're good

The number at the top (ex: 08), to indicate how many coins there are.
The number at the bottom (ex: 🔴 1) to indicate how many Voltorbs there are.

Clicking on a safe tile will grant me however many coins are on said tile!

However, once you get a single Voltorb...

For each game you complete in succession, any coins you snag will be added to your Total Collected Coins counter at the top.

Hi @Alive Player! Fio in advance here to announce the fun reward competition I have planned out. This is essentially a Survivor Auction, but with a few different ground rules.

- You will bid on items as a tribe. When you are all free to do the challenge together, enter the command !f14 to get started.
- You will be given a Google Slides link to eight different items up for grabs. You have $1,000 to spend as a TRIBE across all eight of 'em.
- When you have a bid made, you will enter the command !bid-0[X], with [X] being the number item you are bidding on.
- So for example, if Item #03 was a $19 Fortnite card and I wanted it, I would enter the command !bid-03

- No valid bids will be counted. If you have a bid that doesn't follow the formatting rules, or it is not agreed upon by the whole tribe, I will not take it.
- All bids must add up to $1,000. You are to spend no more, no less, than exactly $1k. Failure to follow this rule will result in a Tribe DQ.
- If a tribe wins an item, it will be announced publicly, however the individual who got it will NOT be made public knowledge.

Well, this challenge will play directly into it.

As many of you all know, the world of Pokemon has great opportunities for trainers to showcase the bonds they have with their Pokemon. And here we will be showing not one, but two great chances for you to show what you've learned on Victory Road.

Welcome to Ashton Ketchum's favorite improv game: The Presentation Game.

There are two parts to this challenge. The first part will have you provide 5 random images of your choosing. They can be anything, just keep it sensible.

The second part is where things get interesting

Depending on which tribe you are in, you are either going to be a Gym Leader or a Contest Star. In addition, you will be "paired" with someone on the opposing tribe.

What difference this makes is simply the prompt you are given.

You will answer the prompt one short paragraph at a time, then receiving an image the player you were paired with sent. You will have to use this image in context and riff off it for the next paragraph. If you've played Talking Points in Jackbox, it's essentially that.

Now, what are the prompts?

Given the region's ability to take on the Gym Leaders in any order, if you are on @Paldea [S8], you will be Gym Leaders and you'll be pitching your gym in a new region's league. Think about the puzzles, the theme, the building, and the battle.

And since the region would later be known as Sinnoh, home of the Pokemon Super Contest, @Hisui [S8] will be the Contest Stars and have to go through their partner Pokemon's brilliant performance for the audience.

And at the very end, I will judge the entries each player sent and the best performing member on each tribe will be immune

And for the pairs, I'm gonna keep it simple. And also flashbang you guys

You will be paired with the person in the same position on you in the messages in #treemail, so Bazz is with Cooper, Ore is with Jakey, etc.

First I want to circle back to this. We heard your complaints, this was indeed a bit OP of an advantage!

We spoke to Kebab about nerfing it slightly for the sake of fairness and she was a very good sport about it.

As such, she will no longer have one less link but still has the advantage of winning on a tie in order for her to be able to take her time and play it carefully.

Why was this an important nerf to make?

Here's how this works.

Before you begin, you must make a bet this challenge.

In your submissions, you must predict how quickly you can solve this image scrambled up into a 77 piece rotating Jigsaw puzzle.

The pieces are curved like so-

If you can complete the puzzle within the alloted time of the bet you made... you are considered SAFE and will be in the running to win the challenge.
